Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Lightly coat the tops of the meatballs with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
