Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Combine the browned beef with bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about ¼-inch thick on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the beef and cheese mixture over the dough, leaving about 1 inch of space at the edges.
  6. Tightly roll the dough and slice into 1-inch pieces, sealing the ends.
  7. Arrange rollups cut side up on the baking sheet and brush with melted garlic butter.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and puffed, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
