Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place in a salad bowl.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with balsamic marinade and grill for 6–8 minutes per side.
  3. After grilling, let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  4. Slice avocado into wedges and halve cherry tomatoes, scattering over the salad.
  5. Add marinated mozzarella balls, green onions, and fresh basil on top.
  6. Drizzle olive oil from mozzarella and balsamic glaze over the salad, toss gently and serve immediately.
