  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar or coconut sugar.

  • 1 cup Hot water

Pumpkin Cobbler Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and spices in a bowl. Add pumpkin, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the pumpkin batter.
  4. Pour hot water over the batter, careful not to stir.
