- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Gently fold in the red onion and cherry tomatoes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled on a bed of greens, in a wrap, or with pita bread.
