Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños if using.
Drizzle sour cream over the top and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
