Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  2. Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  3. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and top with crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, green onions, and jalapeños if using.
  5. Drizzle sour cream over the top and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your delicious totchos!
