  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Liquid
  • 1 cup Chicken broth Can substitute with vegetable broth
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine unsalted butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Allow to warm for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Carefully place the chicken breasts in the hot skillet. Sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Pour chicken broth into the skillet and deglaze by scraping up the bits stuck to the bottom.
  5. Stir in the reserved butter mixture into the deglazed broth until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb flavors.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
