Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger until well combined. Add your choice of chicken pieces, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover and let the chicken marinate for 15 to 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Once the oil shimmers, it’s ready for cooking. Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge and let any excess marinade drip off.
- Add the marinated chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sauté for about 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally stirring, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with two tablespoons of water to create a slurry. During the last few minutes of cooking, pour this mixture into the skillet, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Once fully cooked, transfer the Sweet And Spicy Thai Chicken to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro or sliced scallions and serve immediately.

Notes
Serve alongside jasmine rice or a vibrant salad for a complete meal. Adjust spice level by varying the amount of chili or marinating longer for deeper flavors.
