- In a large bowl, combine dried cucumber slices, sweet corn, chopped rotisserie chicken, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño, red onion, and red bell pepper; toss gently.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the salad mixture and fold together until everything is coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
