- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
- Cook the chicken breasts in a large pot over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, chopped bell peppers, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to the greased casserole dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
