Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet and brush the sauce mixture generously over the top.
Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice bowls. Divide the cooked jasmine rice among four bowls.
Top each bowl of rice with sliced avocado, cucumber, shredded carrots, and green onions.
Once the salmon is done, flake it into bite-sized pieces and add it to each bowl.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top for garnish. Serve immediately.
