Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, then add spaghetti and cook until just al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper, blending until smooth.
- Gently fold the cooked spaghetti into the creamy sauce mixture, then add shredded chicken, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, and the grated Parmesan, stirring carefully.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
