  • 4 large Flour Tortillas burrito-size

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat for about 3-5 minutes until hot.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Press portions onto one half of a flour tortilla.
  3. Place tortillas beef side down onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes without moving.
  4. Flip the tortilla and immediately sprinkle cheese on top. Fold in half and press slightly.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, flipping once after the first minute until golden-brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from skillet and let rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing into triangles.
  7. Serve with your favorite optional toppings.
