- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened. 
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant. 
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground turkey. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the turkey evenly. 
- Pour in the chicken broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly. 
- While the turkey is simmering, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable. 
- To assemble the tacos, place a generous scoop of the turkey mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and avocado slices. 
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
