Step-by-Step Instructions
- Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a large skillet or pan and place it over medium-high heat. Allow the oil to heat until shimmering.
- Carefully add your chicken pieces to the hot oil, spreading them out to ensure even cooking. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add 4 minced garlic cloves to the skillet, stirring quickly. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and just starting to turn golden.
- Pour in 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with a splash of water and add it to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add in pre-cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing gently with chicken and sauce. Stir for 2-3 minutes until heated thoroughly and well combined.
- Remove from heat and serve on plates. Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the soy sauce mixture for 30 minutes before cooking. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor and avoid overcooking chicken to keep it juicy.
