Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the fries according to package instructions or preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) if homemade. Slice potatoes, toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then sear for 6-7 minutes per side until golden-brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, reduce heat, add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cooking for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Return seared chicken to the skillet, coating with sauce, and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Plate crispy fries with chicken, drizzle remaining sauce, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
