  • 1 tablespoon Stoneground Mustard Adjust to taste.
For the Garnish (Optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives Chopped for color and freshness.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally, placing them cut side up on the baking sheet.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and stoneground mustard in a bowl; add chopped chives if using, and spread on croissant halves.
  4. Layer slices of deli ham and generous slices of Muenster cheese on each croissant half.
  5. Close croissant halves and arrange them on the baking sheet with space between for even baking.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm garnished with fresh chives if desired.
