Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grate the onion into a bowl and set it aside. Measure out all the other ingredients and ensure the ground turkey is cold. Preheat the oven to 400°F if baking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine grated onion, Greek yogurt, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, basil, parsley, rosemary, oregano, beef bouillon, salt, and pepper. Blend the mixture until evenly combined, then fold in the ground turkey.
  3. Shape the turkey mixture into meatballs using a 1½-tablespoon scoop, placing them on a lined baking sheet or a plate.
  4. For baking, place the meatballs on a rack and bake for 16-21 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. For pan-frying, heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Check that the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 160°F. Remove from the skillet or oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
