Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out mini pizza rounds, about 3 inches in diameter. Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush each mini pizza round lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each round, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce on each mini pizza.
  6. Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped spinach on top of the mozzarella.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top each mini pizza with sliced strawberries and blueberries to create a festive red, white, and blue design.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
