- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface and slice into two rectangles.
- Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over one rectangle, covering edges.
- Place the second rectangle of dough on top and align edges.
- Slice into strips approximately ¾ inch wide using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Twist each strip gently in opposite directions to create a spiral shape.
