  • 2 ripe peaches sliced
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula or mixed greens with the sliced peaches and toasted walnuts.
  2. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and add it to the salad.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
