Start by preparing all your fruit. Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and cut them in half. Slice the bananas into thick rounds. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into bite-sized chunks. Wash the grapes and remove them from the stems.
Take a wooden skewer and begin threading the fruit onto it. Start with a strawberry half, followed by a blueberry, a slice of banana, a mini marshmallow, a pineapple chunk, and finish with a grape. Repeat this process until the skewer is filled, leaving a little space at the end for easy handling.
Arrange the completed kabobs on a serving platter. You can alternate the order of the fruit for a fun presentation or make each kabob the same for uniformity.
If desired, refrigerate the kabobs for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance the freshness and chill them.
