Method
 

Steps for One Pot Kielbasa Pasta
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and diced onion, sauté for around 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, raise heat and bring to a gentle boil (2-3 minutes).
  5. Add uncooked penne pasta, stir, reduce heat to medium-low and cover, simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted, season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Allow to rest for 2 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley before serving.
