  • 1 lb Potatoes baby potatoes or russets for crisping
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 medium Onion omit for low FODMAP diet
  • 2 cloves Garlic fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika adjust for heat preference
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano or Italian Seasoning optional

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it's browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture. Cover again and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Remove from heat, let sit for a minute, serve hot, and enjoy!
