Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, rinsed black beans, mayonnaise, and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and grated parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Add the diced jalapeño, crumbled bacon, and diced red onion. Mix well.
  4. Sprinkle in the kosher salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish or bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until heated through.
  6. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a golden finish.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving with tortilla chips or crackers.
