  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter for brushing

  • 1 teaspoon Pretzel Salt optional, regular salt can be substituted

  1. Begin by heating water to about 110°F. In a bowl, whisk in quick rise yeast and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, and sea salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the frothy yeast mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick dough begins to form.
  4. Lightly flour a clean surface and transfer the dough onto it. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a rope.
