Baking Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

  3. In a separate large bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended.
  5. Fold in the grated zucchini and optional chocolate chips or nuts.
  6. Carefully transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, leaving space at the top.
  7. Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
  8. Once baked, cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
