Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and stoneground mustard. Add fresh chives if using.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture on the inside of each croissant half.
  5. Layer deli ham and Muenster cheese inside each croissant half.
  6. Close the croissants by placing the top halves back on and gently pressing down.
  7. Arrange the filled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
