  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
  4. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
