  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with sunflower oil and yogurt until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and fold together gently until just combined.

  6. Spoon the batter into muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon for topping and sprinkle over the batter.
