Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Italian dressing, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
