Preparation Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits.
- In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Melt the unsalted butter and drizzle over the peach halves.
- Add vanilla extract on top of each peach.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over each peach half.
- Drizzle lemon juice and add a pinch of salt on each half.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Uncover for the last 5 minutes to crisp the tops.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve warm.
