Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, one large egg, and melted butter until smooth, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In another bowl, soften cream cheese and mix with pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract until velvety.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, mixing until creamy and smooth.
  5. Pour the pumpkin filling over the crust, bake for 40-50 minutes until the center is slightly gooey.
  6. Cool completely in the pan, then slice into squares.
