  1. Prepare the Raspberry Jam by placing frozen raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally for about 23-25 minutes until thickened. Cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  2. Make the Raspberry Syrup by combining water and sugar in another saucepan. Stir until dissolved. Add raspberries and simmer for 3 minutes. Strain and cool.
  3. Create the Mascarpone Filling by mixing mascarpone, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla paste until smooth. Whip heavy cream and fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Assemble the Tiramisu by layering mascarpone filling, dipped ladyfingers, and raspberry jam. Repeat layers and finish with crème.
