- Preheat your smoker to a steady temperature of 225°F using cherry or apple wood pellets.
- Place your spiral cut bone-in ham in a deep aluminum pan. Apply the dry rub mixture generously all over the ham.
- Once the smoker is ready, place the pan with the ham inside and smoke until the internal temperature reaches 120°F, about 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- About 15 minutes before reaching 120°F, melt butter in a saucepan, mix in brown sugar, honey, and orange juice, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the glaze evenly over the ham once it reaches 120°F.
- Return the glazed ham to the smoker and cook until the internal temperature rises to 140°F, about 45-60 minutes.
