- Start by popping about 10 cups of popcorn using your preferred method, whether stovetop or microwave.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 4 cups of mini marshmallows and 4 tablespoons of butter over medium-low heat. Stir continuously until melted.
- Pour the melted marshmallow and butter mixture evenly over the popped popcorn. Gently fold to coat.
- Melt 1 cup of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, then pour it over the popcorn and fold gently. Add ½ cup of colorful sprinkles.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan and press down firmly. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, slice into squares or rectangles and serve.
