- In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, canned chipotle peppers, salt, garlic powder, and chili powder. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

- Lay out bread slices and spread the chipotle chicken mixture on half of the slices. Layer avocado slices and cheese on top.
