Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Slice the loaf and spread garlic mixture over the halves, then bake for 5-10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream and cheese, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the garlic bread from the oven. Spread alfredo sauce, place chicken pieces, sprinkle mozzarella, and drizzle more alfredo sauce on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Optional: broil the top for 1-2 minutes for a crispy finish.

Notes
Use day-old bread for best texture and marinate chicken for enhanced flavor. Assemble ahead of time and refrigerate before baking for optimal results.
