Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Slice the loaf and spread garlic mixture over the halves, then bake for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream and cheese, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove the garlic bread from the oven. Spread alfredo sauce, place chicken pieces, sprinkle mozzarella, and drizzle more alfredo sauce on top.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Optional: broil the top for 1-2 minutes for a crispy finish.
