Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the skinless, boneless chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Allow the mixture to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add a chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add 1 can of tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the onion mixture and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and season with black pepper and cayenne pepper. Stir on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Plate the Butter Chicken with naan and rice. Garnish with parsley if desired.
