  3. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
  4. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  5. Slice the set caramel into 12 squares.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
  7. Dip each caramel square into the melted chocolate.
  8. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until chocolate is set.
