  • 2 cups brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 cup milk whole, almond, or oat
  • 1/2 cup blueberry puree fresh or frozen blueberries blended
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh blueberries and whipped cream for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Start by brewing your coffee and allowing it to cool to room temperature. You can also brew it ahead of time and refrigerate it.
  2. In a blender, combine the blueberry puree, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a large glass, fill it halfway with ice cubes. Pour in the cooled coffee, followed by the milk.
  4. Spoon the blueberry cream cheese mixture over the coffee and milk. Stir gently to combine, creating a marbled effect.
  5. Top with fresh blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately.
