In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Dip each chicken tender first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
In a large skillet, heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken tenders in batches, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken is frying, mix honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until combined.
Once the chicken tenders are cooked, remove them from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the chicken tenders before serving.
