  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Method
 

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, corn, avocado, quinoa, black beans, red onion, and feta cheese.
