  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over them, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  5. For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
