- Wash, peel, and chop 4 medium-sized apples into small pieces and place them in a medium saucepan.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of water, cover, and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes until the apples are tender.
- Add in 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, stir well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the apple mixture to a blender and blend until ultra-smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the mixture onto it, and spread it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
