  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half can be used as a lighter alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Optional; can use fresh parsley.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a 5-6 quart crock pot, combine the cream of chicken soup, finely chopped yellow onion, and mixed vegetables. Add chicken better than bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, and poultry seasoning with black pepper. Stir thoroughly to create a rich base.
  2. Place the chicken tenderloins on top of the mixture in the crock pot without stirring. Cover with the lid.
  3. Set the crock pot to cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, or low for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. With about 30 minutes left, cook the rotini pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. Shred the chicken after cooking time and mix it back into the crock pot.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Add the cooked rotini pasta and toss until well coated.
  7. Adjust seasoning if needed, and sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
