Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Slice them into 1-inch wedges.
  3. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  4. Transfer the sweet potato wedges to a large bowl and toss with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan over the wedges and toss again.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wedges in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan immediately.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
