  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese aged cheddar can be substituted
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic for extra flavor
For the Dough
  • 1 package Refrigerated biscuit dough or homemade dough
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter can be replaced with olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • Chopped parsley optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 7–10 minutes. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until well combined.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into 4-inch rounds on a clean surface.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and seal edges tightly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bombs on the sheet. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush on tops and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let the bombs cool for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired, then serve warm with dipping sauces.
