Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the beef mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should have around 12-15 meatballs.
In another bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese together.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a meatball in the center of each triangle and top with a spoonful of the cheese mixture.
Fold the edges of the crescent roll dough over the meatball and cheese, pinching to seal tightly.
Place the stuffed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of the cheeseburger bombs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
