Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. You should have around 12-15 meatballs.
  4. In another bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese together.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a meatball in the center of each triangle and top with a spoonful of the cheese mixture.
  6. Fold the edges of the crescent roll dough over the meatball and cheese, pinching to seal tightly.
  7. Place the stuffed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of the cheeseburger bombs.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option, and use mozzarella cheese for a different flavor profile.
