  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
For the Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley can substitute with basil

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add 4-5 minced garlic cloves to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Introduce 1 1/4 pounds of large shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  4. Carefully flip the shrimp and pour in 1/4 cup of dry white wine, adding 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
  5. Once the shrimp are fully cooked and coated in the sauce, stir in 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of fresh parsley.
  6. Transfer the Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi to plates and serve immediately.
